Castle Mountain
Residing just east of the Trans-Canada Hwy just near Banff, Castle Mountain (natively Miistukskoowa) is named after its castle-like appearance. Driving back to Radium Hot Spring after a beautiful day snowboarding at Lake Louise Resort, I caught sight of it’s alpenglow and needed to pull over. Literally standing on the off ramp for Castle Junction, I got to immortalize it’s glow forever.
